Why Camp Bestival?
What do you do when you find yourself all grown up and with kids of your own, but not yet willing to give up your penchant for all-night acid house raves and rock gigs?
You head to Camp Bestival.
If the name makes it sound like something out of a Wes Anderson movie, that’s because this unique festival is held in a castle, has an endless schedule of quirky activities, and regularly gets lauded as the most “family friendly” festival of the season.
What Makes Camp Bestival So Special?
Camp Bestival dedicates a large chunk of the festival grounds to kids — so parents can still have a life and camp at a summer music festival without having to leave the family behind. Expect to find go-karts, costume tents, carnival rides, and a bunch of other things that say they’re for the little-uns but secretly make you wet your pants with excitement, too.
Which leads us to an important point: if the whole “family” element doesn’t apply to you, don’t let that be a deterrent. There’s also food, comedy sets, live DJs, and last year's headliners even included Madness, Mark Ronson, All Saints and the Bootleg Beatles to keep every grown-up partying through the night.
Now, all that said — we’ll see you over at the bouncy castle.
- The most family-friendly festival out there.
- Fun for adults and kids. And adult kids.
- Awesome headlining acts.
- A real castle. And even better, a bouncy castle.
