Put on your lederhosen, friends, because Oktoberfest is the one place you can wear them outside the house without getting all those funny looks.
The world's biggest and best beer festival occurs annually in Munich, Germany, and involves 16 days of hops-induced madness. Known for their ""Vorsprung durch Technik"", Germans are so efficient that, Oktoberfest actually starts in September, and more than 6 million people from around the world flock to it each year.
What Will You Do At Oktoberfest?
What do you do there exactly? Park yourself in a giant tent and join a chorus of rowdy singing while a busty Bavarian babe serves you drinks out of a beer stein bigger than your head.
There are other things too. Like sausages. And sauerkraut. And carnival rides. Because whoever thought those were a good mix with gallons of beer was really a genius (*cough*).
Don’t take our word for it though. Oktoberfest is the kind of experience you have to have for yourself, at least once in a lifetime.
So raise your glass, say “Prost”, and don’t worry about what all that beer is doing to your diet. In fact, the more you drink the better — you’ll have lost a few days before you know it!

- Beer being served by blonde Bavarian babes.
