The brainchild of personal trainer Olivia Cooney, Pop-up Fitness blends Bootcamp training with inner cleansing by mixing a healthy balance of vigorous exercise with deliciously prepared clean eating from award-winning chefs.
Rather than a shouty Drill Sergeant regime, you’ll receive gentle encouragement from the fittest of expert trainers as you spend 7 days jogging, boxercising, paddle boarding and exploring the Balearic Island of Ibiza.
